Randi helped me plan my partner’s 40th birthday in Fort Collins, CO. I’m out of state and needed someone who knew the area and could handle all of the logistics and details. Randi took my initial ideas and made them better, building out a downtown scavenger hunt experience that everyone loved. She was also able to connect me with an amazing cake baker, made some incredible charcuterie for appetizers, and handled all the on site decoration and set up. Without her and Steve I couldn’t have pulled it off! I highly recommend her if your event could benefit from attention to detail, close logistics planning and creative flourishes.

Randi was wonderful to work with. I hired her because my sister used her for her wedding and had a great experience. She also is very reasonably priced and gives so much more than you pay for. She constantly checked in with me, made phone calls for me, and helped with my entire timeline for the day. She is very detail oriented. And if you read the review for the shuttle service, she certainly had a lot to deal with that day and handled it without getting me involved.

Randi was a great planner! She really made our big day a breeze, and made every effort to get on board with all the crazy (and some very last minute) dreams come true. Her connections with different vendors made it easy to coordinate with everyone. And although we interviewed a lot outside of her list, we ended up using at least 3 vendors she recommended from the beginning. We had some communication issues months before the wedding, but that was probably the bride (me) having high expectations. But whenever I asked her to do something, she got it done quickly and efficiently. She’s extremely easy to talk to and very personable. She follows a wedding day timeline very well! And she saved our butts after our wedding drank 6 of 7 bottles of one particular liquor within the first hour….

Randi was essential for our wedding! We hired her about 2 months before our wedding as a "Day of Coordinator" but she definitely went above and beyond that "Day of" role from the moment we hired her! She is so organized, detail-oriented, helpful, and kind. She is also very reasonably priced, which was nice for a DIY bride who took on more than she could handle 🤦🏼‍♀️ The amount of stress that she saved us leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day made it worth every penny! Book Randi for your next event; you won't be sorry!!

As a DJ, we are used to handling the coordination aspect of weddings, but having a real wedding planner on site for the Big Day makes everything so much easier. I’ve had the pleasure of working several events with Randi all over the state and she is an absolute delight!
